Terms of Service
By using micali.online you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the service.
1. Free service
Micali.online is provided free of charge. There are no subscription fees or hidden costs for the core booking functionality. Some optional features that carry real external costs (such as SMS messaging) may require you to activate and pay an external provider directly – that payment is strictly between you and that provider.
2. We do not sell your data
We do not sell or trade the personal data of you or your customers. Data is used only to operate the booking service, to deliver messages required for reservations (confirmations, reminders, cancellations) and to keep the service running reliably.
3. Access to the service
We may limit, suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the service at any time, at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, and without prior notice or explanation. Access to this free service is a privilege, not a right. This is especially the case if we believe the service is being abused, used illegally, or in a way that could harm other users or the service itself.
4. Inactive accounts
Accounts that remain inactive for more than 3 months may be deleted together with all associated data. If you want to keep your account, sign in at least once every 3 months.
5. We are only a platform, not an organizer
Micali.online is only a software tool that enables bookings. We do not organize, run, host, manage or provide any of the events, services, appointments, sessions, products or any other offerings that appear on the platform – those are provided entirely by the account owners (the businesses, organizers or individuals using the system). Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, rescheduling, quality issue, no-show, injury, dispute or any other matter related to an event or service is strictly between you and the relevant account owner. We are not a party to it and we bear no responsibility for it.
6. No warranties, no SLA, no liability – use at your own risk
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, representations or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied. Because micali.online is a free service, we accept no responsibility whatsoever for anything that may arise from, relate to, or be caused by the use of (or inability to use) the service.
There is no service level agreement (SLA) and no uptime guarantee. This is a free service and may go offline, slow down, lose data, be reset or stop working at any time without notice or explanation.
Without limitation, we are not responsible for any financial loss – including lost bookings, lost customers, lost revenue, missed appointments or any payments or refunds. We are not responsible for any loss of data – whether your data or your customers' data is lost, erased, deleted, corrupted, delayed, leaked or becomes inaccessible for any reason. We are not responsible for service availability, downtime, outages, bugs, errors, or for messages (e-mail, SMS, notifications) that are delayed, fail to deliver or are delivered incorrectly. We are not responsible for the actions or failures of any integrated third-party services such as e-mail providers, SMS providers, payment processors or hosting. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
In short: we do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but you use it entirely at your own risk. If anything is important to you, do not rely on this free service alone – keep your own backups and arrangements.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive. This includes spam, harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, scraping, or anything that could damage the service or harm other users. You are fully responsible for the content and bookings you create.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms of service at any time. The latest version always applies. If you continue to use the service after an update, it means you accept the new terms.
9. Analytics and usage data
We use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to understand how visitors use our website and application. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from the IP address, referral source and interactions with the site. This data is used only in aggregated form to improve the service. You can decline analytics via the cookie banner – when declined, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
